Anar Alakbarov's monograph titled "Fund Policy in Azerbaijan as an example of Haydar Aliyev Foundation" has been printed by "Ozan" publishing house. The monograph has been published upon the recommendation of Council of Experts of Scientific-Research Institute of ANAS on Human Rights.
"Charitable organizations. Funds" part of the monograph has published materials on types of funds and their activity directions, philanthropists, practice of the world countries, role of non-governmental organizations in social-political life, "Azerbaijan state system and fund policy" part compiles materials on establishment of non-governmental organizations in Azerbaijan, non-governmental organizations in Azerbaijan in years of sovereignty and "Haydar Aliyev Foundation and International Charity" part includes materials on establishment of Haydar Aliyev Foundation and its role in social-political life.
