A scientific monograph about life and creativity of Ilyas Efendiyev has been published in Ankara by "Fenomen" publishing. The author of the book is the senior lecturer of Ataturk University, famous literary critic of Turkey, Doctor Sedat Adigozal. The translator of the monograph from Turkish into Azerbaijani is the Candidate of Philology Elmira Mammadova.
